"At first James McMillan appeared to be a professional with good work ethics. He said he was familiar with stamped concrete exterior walls that were in style in the 1940's. He sealed and painted in Sept 2019, but in less than 1 yr, the paint on the wall began to peel. I called him in the Fall of 2020, to inform him. After I checked the quality of the materials he used with Sherwin Williams, he could not come to my house because he was too busy and would come April 2021. I called him, but he says he is in AZ seeing doctors and does not know when he will return."
