"This is our second time working with Empire Home Remodeling. We purchased windows and a sliding door back in 2021. Now we are on the market for a front door. Alec came out (same guy after 2 years) on his day off (birthday) to work with us. The products shown were great (variety and quality) and the price is fair compared to the competion. "My husband & I have been researching a tub to shower conversion for almost 2 years. We wanted American made & a family owned business. We talked to a number of companies. The estimates were extreme for the poor quality of materials. We were frustrated not knowing who to trust or being upsold or steered away from our vision of our bathroom. Our hard work paid off when we were connected to Alison Hawks and Eric with Premier Home Pros. Alison is their Sr. Design Consultant and Mktg. Mgr. Eric was meticulous at the prep work & measurements needed for our estimate from Alison.
