"I have a large walk-in shower. A water stain appeared on the ceiling below. I called Velasco and he was at my house the next day to evaluate. He and his assistant took apart my old shower floor a few days later and found extensive leaking in the barrier underneath. They took the shower apart, replaced the stained marble pieces with new, relined underneath then retiled the floor and reinstalled the glass. I paid for parts with no markup. They were tidy and left no mess and the shower looks perfect! I would recommend them for any similar job. DBE"

"Brian Terry repaired a double pane window that had accumulated moisture inside the window. When he came back to install the repaired window my wife noticed a fly imbedded inside the window. Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. "Marcelino Restoration should be rated a 10+. Not only did he paint 5 large rooms and closets, he also made the natural woodwork look like new again. He repaired an area in a bathroom shower and added tiles in order for the plumbing work to be completed. Marcelino made a wooden front cover to a kitchen drawer that perfectly fit and looks beautiful; purchased and installed a new hood fan for over the stove, and is making repairs to the front door area of rotted wood. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work he does. Works daily to finish the project, professional, hardworking and takes pride in his work. "We decided that our bathroom needed to have the existing tile removed and replaced with something more modern. Sayed provided a detailed quote with a reasonable price for each work component. He showed up on time on the day we agreed. His first action was to tape down protective paper from the entry door, hallway, stairs, to the bathroom. This, in itself, was a refreshing change from other workers (e.g., painters) we have hired in the past. At the start of the project, we agreed that Sayed would provide the materials for a given price. Even so, he made multiple trips to our house to show samples of the wall and floor tiles. He was very patient through the selection/design process making several excellent suggestions that nailed down the final look. The work performed was excellent and, for an agreed price several extras were done including the careful removal (and later reinstallation) of the existing custom-made vanity that had been integrated into the old tiles. Lastly, Sayed and his assistant cleaned up the work area each evening and, jury-rigged the shower several times to allow us to take a shower before he arrived the next day.
