"Very professional. Very courteous. Very prompt. They identified my problem and told me their proposed solution. They delivered exactly what they said they would deliver and did it quickly. The people they sent on site could not have been better. One pleasant surprise, I assumed I would have to pay partially up front and the rest on completion. "Professional, and courteous. No B.S. They did excellent work and were willing to work around any issues that arose mid project. Were meticulous in avoiding damage to my baseboard heating radiators, which were quite close to the floor. They Left the new concrete smooth and level. They were able to work in tight spaces around water heater/boiler furnace/well tank/water softener, and still make it look clean. Very impressed. They aren't going to be your choice if you are looking for the bare-bones cheapest solution. But if you want the job done right, I highly recommend them."

"The process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. Our salesman Kevin did a great job explaining the process and letting us know what we needed to do to get our basement ready. Brian, Jay, Joe T., Jared and Adam K. Were the crew that did all the hard work. They kept me informed every step of the process and answered all of my questions. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.
