"Highly recommended! Very honest and professional business. Our washer had multiple parts needed to be replaced. Michael spent several hours in ordering the initial parts and the installation. After he found out that there was one more component broken, we decided not to repair the washer because the total cost would be more than a new washer. He refunded our initial payment in order to honor their company's policy: If they couldn't fix the problem, they wouldn't charge the customer. We were thankful for having worked with Mr. Appliance."
