"The crew came quickly and on time. They draped my stairway and protected my carpets carefully and put coverings on their shoes from the moment they walked in the door. What started as a seemingly simple project became a lengthy one as they realized that the backup originated close to where the house clean out joined the city sewer. Despite the extra hours, there were no add-ons to the original quoted price (which has happened in the past with other plumbers.) They left my bathroom, shower and floors cleaner than when they found them and the clog (a huge nightmare of excrement, roots and whatever) was cleared so my drains now run quickly without backup. I have used their service now for years and have found that Honest Abe lives up to his name every time."

"We had a leak in our water service line. 1) Zoom was the only company (of 3) that would offer to repair the service line. Others would only replace entire line. If that had been possible, it would have meant great savings. 2) When leak was found we learned that the line was NOT copper. It was polybutylene, and the entire line had to be replaced, but we knew that was possible, and we had a reasonable replacement estimate before the attempted repair work was started.. 3) There was a coupon on HomeAdvisor that was for much more than Zoom had intended when they put it up, but they honored it. 4) They went to extra effort not to damage paneling in our basement when they had to access the wall. 5) We had done a lot of our own landscape work. They worked with us to save plants and to limit damage to the area. They saved a new tree that was in their way. 6) They encountered boulders which made work harder, and the usual efficient technique to feed the new copper line just did not work. They worked through it all and honored the agreed price, even though the job proved much more difficult than expected. We are most impressed with the respect they showed us and the way they truly listened and respected our wishes, especially on how to approach the trenching and all the damage that can go with that. "Jim" was an outstanding crew chief and leader."
