Of course my price went up due to existing damages which increased materials and labor costs. The second project was the siding. There were water damages at the back of my house. I decided to go for putting a siding. My initial price went up again due to the damages that were discovered during the process. In the end the project was worth it, the siding was beautiful. He scheduled the tile installlation on a Friday and had a plumber come out on a Sunday to reinstall the toilets so that we wouldn't have to spend any extra time without them. Everyone who did work on the house was very professional and nice. They even worked with my three child gates rather than make me take them down. All of this at a very reasonable price.
