"I've renovated other bathrooms at other houses before so I had a clear idea of what I wanted with this renovation of my master bath: out with the old, in with the new and I want it timeless, not trendy, and please don't over-engineer it (does everything have to be CAD-ed out?) and please don't overcharge me for it. I got everything I requested and then some - my designer Tonya was awesome - she listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, didn't try to oversell me, discussed realistic budgets with me, and designed exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough great things about my installer Jon who showed up everyday and worked awfully hard to make things just right. My new master bath is truly exactly what I wanted and the cost was appropriately priced and within budget. Zero cost overuns, zero problems. Worksite was meticulously maintained. I look forward to making my second bath just as fabulous down the road with Limitless Renovations Statewide. Kudos to CEO Lance for putting together a well-oiled renovation machine! What I did: 1) replaced existing shallow and wide and obligatory whirlpool tub with a rectangular and deep soaking tub. 2) tore out worn and tiny shower pan and tile shower and enlarged the shower and retiled everything. I asked for a tile insert/panel on one wall of the shower and the face of the tub to add interest. 3) new quartz countertops with undermounted sinks. 4) new wood-look tile floor (which is amazing BTW). Jon installed mirrors and a medicine cabinet that I purchased myself. Having a beautiful, new, clean, and functional master bath makes me happy and I know that it will still look fabulous many years down the road regarding the resale value. They took such special care with the prep and because of that step , did minimal mess, but they also did a fantastic job with the clean up .
