"Great Service! all say it again Great Service very prompt! My furnace went out on Christmas Day of course. I called one my original company that i use. They said they couldn't come til tomorrow. I found Best Rates. I called they picked up and we're here within an hour on Christmas Day, Ish fixed it he was very honest upfront, they are trustworthy company. I also joined on there furnace and Ac annual check up. I will not be calling my old heating and cooling company. I'm glad i found this company."

"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."
