"Our refrigerator stopped cooling properly and Jordan responded first when I posted a repair request and made an appointment for first thing the next morning. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. He obviously knew what he was doing and very quickly diagnosed the problem was a bad evaporator fan. Unfortunately, the parts warehouse was closed for the holiday. He really knew the urgency of not having a working refrigerator and had a fan overnighted so he could come back and finish the install on the next day (Sunday no less). I couldn’t be happier with Jordan and the entire experience. I highly recommend anyone who needs an appliance repair to hire him. I certainly will in the future."

"The only issue was service was scheduled to occur between 12:30 to 2:30, but the service person was unable to arrive until around 3:45. I was called and informed it would be somewhat later, so it wasn't a big deal, but I wonder if they might be too optimistic how long jobs end up taking. Other than that, I was quite happy with the person who fixed the problem."
