"Design Home Improvement did an absolutely superb job. Extensive repairs were needed in my house due to a flood incident. The work entailed removing and replacing wood floors, drywall, and painting, among others. What could have been a very stressful project ended up being a pain-free experience, thanks, in particular, to Martin’s professional caliber, reliability, and impeccable customer focus. He understood right away how important this project was for me, and how much I valued a reliable, detailed-oriented, thorough, and professional job. He planned out the variuos phases of the project so that they flowed seamlessly, personally oversaw the floor installers (highly-experienced themselves), and ensured that the work was completed to my very high standards, which are also Martin’s standards. Last but not least, he went out of his way to guide me in the choice of materials and in engaging with my insurance company to clarify their questions.
