We had a great experience with this company. The owner (and project manager) was very communicative, responsive to our needs, and onsite regularly to monitor progress. The team was here consistently through the duration of the project but always let us know if they were not planning to work at our house on a given day. They worked with us on the design for our basement and never hesitated to pivot if it didn't turn out as we expected. They went above and beyond to give us a beautiful finished product. We are very happy and appreciate how smoothly the process went. I would use this company again!

Great experience! Direct communication with the owner, Hamid. He was super flexible and creative. He came up with unique solutions for our older house that others we interviewed didn't. Very happy with the finished product and it was fairly priced based on other quotes received.

This company is fantastic, after having done several renovations with other companies, I was dreading having to do it again. But, Home Run Builder makes everything really easy without any drama and super professional. They pointed up the bricks, redid the gutters and painted the outside of my row house in DC. Before I found Home Run, I was told I had to hire 3 different companies for each process and everything was in such an awful shape that no one even wanted to deal with it. Fortunately the owner of Home Run is extremely knowledgeable, he even brought me photos of historic buildings in DC and they did a fantastic job of bringing back the original victorian facade to life. I later contracted them to do the stone work on the walkway and the steps to the entrance. I am so pleased that I have asked them to renovate my English basement.

When you are looking for someone to stay on schedule, communicate with you on your schedule, work through the design and inspection process and most importantly provide a fair and accurate bid he is your guy. Great Service, timely and cost effective. My only issue through the whole process was he knew just how things were done in the area and when we had included non-traditional choices in the plans he did not notice them and we had to negotiate how to address the design assumptions versus the approved plans. We discussed how to best address small discrepancies and I am 100% satisfied with the process and the product. Going back in time to fix my mistakes --- I would have hired him earlier in the process and the overall planning and county approval process would have been so much easier. The knowledge of how to proceed with the work and knowledge of local building codes greatly enhanced his value. Everything is solid, looks good and inspections are complete. I am a believer in his crew and him so much so we hired him twice. I would have hired him 3 times but I ran out of projects.
