"This is a Father and Son business who did an excellent job. They responded quickly to our inquiry. came and did an estimate, and did a great job on a set of very heavy doors. They removed the trim, replaced the wood behind the hinges and reinstalled the hinges using heavy duty screws. They also caulked and painted several places on the doors. "THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. "Francisco called quickly and set up a date and time for the estimate to replace an exterior door. He arrived promptly and was able to give us a bid the same day. His bid was consistent with Home Depotâ s price but he was able to install the door 3 days later. Home Depot was at least 10 days out for install. We hired Fradisa, the work has been completed, and they did an excellent job. Arrived on time, cleaned up well. Quality of the door and workmanship are five star. We will definitely use them in the future."

"My husband and I met with Braden and Noah at our home to discuss window replacement. It is a project my husband and I have discussed but it wasnt a current priority. However, the information and details about the windows was exceptionally delivered with concise and easy to understand details. Every one of our questions were answered honestly and with true care. "Bruce repaired our back door with amazing precision! It was an awkward metal door that was installed by a prior rehab contractor (over a year ago) from standard to wheelchair width door. The door was never flush or mounted correctly. As time went by, the door became unusable. Bruce tackled the challenge with ease and made the door fit snug, smooth & with a solid feel. For a little extra, he also installed a new storm door we purchased to the same back door. Even though he ran out of time on the first day, he returned the next day and cheerfully finished up and made sure that I was totally comfortable with the feel and sturdiness of the doors. He also suggested an additional safety lock which he picked up and installed that as well for both front & back doors. Once we get our foundation in order, if we have any other issues with any of our doors, we will be calling Bruce for estimates for those adjustments. Pilot Point is fairly far from most decent, reliable contractors. I can't tell you how many flaky guys are around who don't know their craft! Bruce made a difference in the quality of our lives; literally. I take care of my disabled hubby; unable to do even the simple things due to energy or time restraints. Our back door was taken from a 32" to 36" by a contractor we used a year ago. It was never installed correctly and was incomplete. It finally stopped working. Bruce gave a quote for the repair & re-installation, as well as for another nominal fee, to put in a new storm door. When he was done, our door finally fit properly and we now have a beautiful storm door bonus! There are no gaps; it is airtight, snug and easy to open & close. He pointed out where the other contractor missed some points, and showed what needed to be done & why. He was very patient. He did not rush, and actually came the next day to complete it to the level he wanted it to be. All of the "T's" were crossed and "I's" dotted, from what we saw when he was finished. Noting my hubby's handicapped status, Bruce also came up with suggestions of improving & smoothing over transition over the threshold. He adjusted the ramp from outside to fit the new door threshold location, and made helpful suggestions for the transition portion inside the house. He also noted additional safety measure we could install at our door lock area, and we asked that he put it in place, and he did so. Thanks, Bruce! It took a long time to find someone who knows what he is doing. We highly recommend Bruce for those jobs that seem overwhelming, but are very important to you, and they just have to be done. Bruce is the exception, as he knows what he is doing, and he does it very well. You may find his quote a bit high, but he does deliver quality craftsmanship, you get your money's worth and you will not be disappointed!
