Comment: My name is Jessica and I am currently in search of a contractor/handyman for a window replacement project.
I have a fully funded rehab work escrow account with my mortgage company, Bank of America, and NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) is the facilitator.
NACA ensures the required repairs on my Scope of Work are done by licensed contractors/vendors, all repairs pass inspections by a third party Property Inspector, so the vendors are paid in a timely fashion through wired transfers. I'd like to consider hiring you to handle my rehab project, as long as you are willing to follow the NACA HAND rehab program. This may result in an abundance of referral business, that is driven by my recommendation of your company.
