I thought I should at least get it cleaned and buy myself some time until the carpet is actually replaced. I did not expect any miracles, due to the age of the carpet, but they came in and completely brought my carpet back to life again. I would have never imagined it, due to the wear on the carpet through the years. It's clean, it's fresh, it's fluffy again! (and sanitized for my grandchildren who will be crawling on it!!) If that would have happened, I would have wrote them off of my list instantly. They came in and did the job at the exact price that was quoted by phone and I even added an additional cleaning of an oriental rug for them to clean while they were there. It was almost as if they had completed (what I thought) was an impossible task and they were proud of their accomplishment !
