"Simplex Roof Repair was a prayer answered! As a single woman, it can be difficult to find trustworthy, capable service providers who listen and take me seriously. Company Founder Jose Cabrera was all of that and more. Jose responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled a visit on MY first available date. I did not have a huge job, but Jose did not treat my work with any less urgency or importance than a bigger job. I had procrastinated on repairing roof, fascia and soffit damage from Hurricane Ida, and it was a month before the start of a new hurricane season. After meeting Jose and discerning that he was a person of integrity, I showed his some additional work I needed (terminate damage repair In the shed, patio light installation and mildew on the stucco and gutters), which he accommodated at a discount. Jose quoted me a very fair price, and within a week, all of the work was completed to my great satisfaction. There were a couple of punch list items, but those were remedied immediately. Of all the things I needed done, the thing that excited me the most was the renewed curb appeal from the soft washing of my house. It felt so good to drive up to a clean house! Not only did the team clean the stucco and gutters, per my request, but they threw in the roof and the stamped concrete on the patio. I cannot be more grateful to Jose and his team for the work they did and for the positive experience (for a change). I would not hesitate to call on him again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who needs home repairs, renovation, roofing, etc., especially single women like me who are tired of being taken advantage of. You will not be disappointed!"

"This business owner actually called ahead of time to ensure the agreed-upon time was still good for me and my family. They arrived a little early to start setting up and to brief me on what the job performance would be and what to expect and asked if I/we had any questions or concerns. He quoted a fair price and was upfront with how the job was to be performed. We were really impressed and asked if he had any other appointments because we wanted to add additional cleaning while he was here. We have the driveway, sidewalks, rear patio and exterior brick cleaned to be ready for Christmas visitors. Next weekend we are having him back to properly clean our roof as well. Very pleased with the companyâ s quality,care and professionalism."

"We found â  Roof Magicâ  on Angi. Our insurance company requested us to clean our roof due to a dark, almost black, color in areas especially on the North side. I had never heard of this! When I spoke to the representative he explained that this a type of â  livingâ  growth that is prevalent in humid climates. He went on to explain how and what they clean it with, he even sent some before and after photos of work they had done. Roof Magic came out about a week laterâ ¦on time with the products and supplies needed. They took BEFORE photos. The team worked cheerfully, efficiently and quickly taking most of the day. The difference was AMAZING! I was glad to have the BEFORE photos to compare with their AFTER shots. It made the roof look new and gave a major face-lift to the house. I would highly recommend Roof Magic and the work they do. Knowing now the effort and time it takes I also believe the price was fair."
