It was not installed properly years ago, resulting in cracked tiles that can be lifted, creating a tripping hazard. We needed to make sure the contractor could also remove the washer and dryer and replace them upon completion of the job. Also, we wanted a new kitchen backsplash installed. Angi sent our project details to three pros. Brian Ferguson Renovations was one of the pros who contacted us to provide a quote. Brian confirmed we had enough leftover tile from a prior job for the laundry room floor and helped us figure out how much tile was needed for the backsplash. We moved forward with Brian Ferguson Renovations. We cleared the work areas as requested by Brian prior to his arrival. "We hired VersaTile to replace the grout and caulk in our primary bathroom shower. Our house was built in 2001 and the shower has seen better days. We love the tile in our shower and chose to replace the grout and caulk in lieu of replacing the whole shower with new tiles. I contacted Chris at VersaTile and sent him photos and scheduled an appointment for him to inspect our shower. Chris inspected our shower on a Sunday and gave us a fair price to do the job. He also checked to see if there was a possible water pan leak, which fortunately, there was not. He said that he could do the job on Tuesday. We hired him on the spot. He arrived at 9:00 that morning and completed the job within 6 hours. The shower came out gorgeous. It looks brand new, just like the day when we moved in. Chris is a perfectionist and worked continuously until the job was done. I highly recommend Chris at VersaTile and will use him for other projects in the future."

"Lissette really pulled off a miracle for us! We told her over Thanksgiving that we wanted a completely remodeled bathroom by December 19, and she did it with 4 days to spare. Every other contractor said they might be able to start in May at the earliest. DM replaced a tub with a walk-in shower and glass doors (built from scratch with individual tiles, not the prefab kind), new floor, vanity, toilet, walls, lighting, and ceiling. Everyone on the team was extremely professional, punctual, and tidy. Pricing was also very reasonable."

Fernando was extremely prompt and informative through the whole bid process, and explained every detail of their scope of service. They were able to fit me into their schedule and get the work done within a day of hiring. At my house, they were extremely careful and clean - took considerable time to cover all hardwood floors and countertops, and installed a dust collection â tentâ to contain the dust, and thoroughly vacuumed and wiped down all nearby surfaces when they were finished with the cut. "Jeremy at ST&S was the epitome of professional but he was also very friendly. The work he provided is beautiful and his prices were extremely fair. As with all projects things changed as we went along and I found Jeremy to be flexible. If he said he would be at my house at 7am, he was always punctual.
