Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. "Denis and his team came in evaluated the leak and worked to find the root cause of the issue. He quickly fixed the damage and advised on different courses of action to take to fix the roof. In the end they fixed the damage from the leak and replaced the back part of my roof. Their estimates were quick and accurate he, they provided pictures through the process and quickly completed both jobs. I would recommend them and use them for future projects."

He returned my initial call for an estimate, he showed up, answered all my questions and gave me a very fair price for the job. He confirmed with me the night before the job so I didnà ¢à  à  t worry about him showing up. The day of the appointment he was caught in traffic and texted me he was running late and why. He showed up with his brother and did a great job on my roof, cleaned everything up and my roof looks new. My insurance company was very pleased with the results as was I. I would use Luis and Dylan Contractors again . Great job!!!"
