"I hired Premium roofing & siding to fix a leak on my five year old roof, which was installed wrong by the contractor that I hired when I built an extension on my house in 2010. I got 3 estimates from three companies and decided to hire Premium roofing, because Vinny explained very clearly how he was going to fix the problem (valley leak). However when he started to remove some shingles on the good side of the roof, he noticed that the nails were all rusty on the inside part of the roof, meaning that there was lack of ventilation. he suggested replacing the whole roof and install vents to prevent a more expensive replacement in a couple of years, because eventually the plywood would rot and would have to be replaced. They replaced the whole roof over the weekend and were very professional and pleasant to deal with."
