"We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! Thank you TNC for our brand new floor! We love it!"

He responded to our initial inquiry on Angie's list within a couple of hours, was out to our house to talk with us and take measurements within 1 or 2 days, and had us a detailed step by step bid within a couple of days. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner and Rick and his staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were very thorough in their cleanup each day and except for the daily progress on the deck, we would never have known they were even there. "I contacted 3 contractors listed on HomeAdvisor. Tim at Tri State was the ONLY one to call me back. He not only called me back but did so within the same day of my leaving the message. He rearranged his schedule to meet me at a time that worked for me. He also was able to fit my job into his very busy schedule. He replaced an exterior door, repaired drywall AND plaster, and cleaned my box gutters. All this was done in a very timely manner and the clean up when the job was finished was top notch! Tim is an excellent resource and I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Thank you for your help :)"

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"Brock did a great job and was very thorough. They put in a drywell for drainage to get water away from our building, and added a rock bed. They removed ground ivy and leveled everything. They also added a drain pipe to move water from the roof drains away from the building because the previous drain was obstructed by tree roots. They also repaired some erosion under the sidewalk that was created by the roof drains not draining properly. Everything was completed in a timely manner and communication was excellent. I would use Marshall Home Improvement for future projects for sure."
