Two other ANGI recommended contractors didn't want to be bothered with this small two-day job, but were more than willing to bid on other on-site work that I wasn't requesting. "I hired Josh to do a full resurface on my bi-level deck, including water protection for the joists. It was quite an expensive job, he was not the low bidder by about 20 K. But his expertise convinced me that he was worth the extra money. I went with the deluxe material to protect my deck. And it was tongue and grooved. I also hired him to install a chain-link fence around part of my property. I would definitely hire him again for any other project he could handle."
