"Courtesy gave me a second estimate and both were $800. Courtesy had matching roof tiles so I chose them. They took off 20 ridge tiles and put them back on correctly, plus added 5 more to replace the ones that fell off and broke. They put about 30 flat tiles back under the flashing in two spots where the cement had turned loose and replaced 6 flat tiles broken all over the roof. They also resealed all 7 vent pipes. If no one has looked at your roof in ten years, get it looked at. Mine was just on the verge of leaking. Courtesy did a great job."

"This contractor doesnâ t have a lot of reviews, so I was hesitant. Iâ m very glad I overcame that. They did an EXCELLENT job. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews. "My experience with Dave was excellent. Dave always showed up on time. He was able to schedule the work within a few days of meeting with him. Given that rain was forecast before he could complete the job, he tarped two separate areas where I had a leaks. He is clearly knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed the problems upon inspection. His pricing is reasonable and he offered a 5% AAA discount."

"Excellent. Could not have asked for better service. Arturo was super nice to talk with and very professional throughout the process to explain the damages and the course of action to be taken for repair. He provided photos of the damages in need of repair and then photos after the work was completed.
