"Worthy of 10 Stars! We had shingle damage from a storm and got HomeAdvisor visits from 4 local firms. I filed a claim with my homeowner's insurance but was denied, and denied again on appeal. When I mentioned this to the New Image representative he asked if he could intervene with the insurance company, and subsequently through multiple contacts got 2/3 of the cost covered! Their cost was very reasonable, they were most responsive in accommodating our scheduling conflicts, and the work was absolutely perfect. The crew was especially careful to protect valuable landscape plantings during the tear-off phase, and staged the various roof portions to avoid rain storms. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend New Image Elite!"
