Comment: We've had bat problems in years past, but nothing the last few years until a woodpecker started hanging out under the roof overhang at the peak of the roof over the garage. It must have opened a small hole in the fascia which has allowed bats to get in. I've already confirmed that about 5 of them fly out of that spot at dusk. I believe we just need someone to put up netting there until they're gone and then seal up that area. Cleaning up of any waste would also be great, along with ways to keep the woodpeckers away (there's also been one above the stucco on the side of the house, on the fascia).
