They don't require that you be at home when they do the work - which is great if you're busy and can't really spend half a day waiting around for a service to show up. If there was anything to say at all, it'd just be that they require full payment in advance. Having never hired them before, I would have initially been more comfortable with partial payment to schedule and the rest when completed. That said, they do guarantee their work and I had no problems at all. They cleaned up all the debris very well and left the bags at the curb."
