"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I had to get my house sprayed because we had ants biting us in our sleep. I could have gotten a better rate with another company, because we have a Stylecraft house, but I would have had? to wait an entire week. That was not an option. Keith was able to come within two hours, which meant we could sleep in our bedroom again that night. Also, the other company's standard product for use inside is a yellow label. Keith only uses green label products inside, which is less toxic, but still kills on contact and lasts the usual 3 months. I was also very pleased with the personal service I got directly from Kieth. He was able to explain how each product worked and answered all my questions. He located where the ants were coming in and made suggestions on caulking certain places to make it harder for them to get in in the future. We didn't feel like we really need a year round regular spray schedule, and he doesn't require a contract, but if we have problems again next summer, we will use His service again."
