I had a previous electrician who messed up some work, Gold Coast had enough integrity to ask me after the job if it was caused by them. It was not but they were ready to come in and do us right. He showed up when he said he would and provided a quick and detailed estimate that include what work was to be done and what materials would be used. He would always answer the phone or return my text messages right away when I had additional questions about the job. He even called two days prior to our agreed upon start date just to confirm everything. He was onsite with his crew the whole time work was being done. "Came home from vacation late at night to a broken sprinkler system flooding my backyard which required shutting off water to the entire house. I needed a plumber ASAP to fix the issue and these guys stepped right up to come early in the morning on a Monday.
