"I hired Casey to install a garage door keypad. Scheduling was fast, on the day of the appointment he arrived within the one-hour window we’d settled on (after calling to let me know he was on the way), and the installation went without problem. We were pleasantly surprised that we could have two garage doors programmed to a single keypad. Casey mentioned that one of the springs on one of the doors was breaking -- something that was obvious to see once he'd pointed it out -- and quoted a very reasonable price for repairs if we chose. It took a few days at our end to work out availability, but once done Casey again made scheduling very easy, and repaired the door without issue. Would definitely recommend."

Communication could have been better, the builder promised weekly meetings but that didn't happen. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new!
