"I was having problems with water in the basement. Kevin came out gave an estimate and explained the work he would do. I had four other quotes and all told the same plan. Bids ranged from $1,200 to $26,000 for the same work. I knew the $1,200 quote was unrealistic. Kevin's was right on what I thought the cost could be. When he encountered a unplanned for retaining wall he did not complain or ask for any more money. He just took care of it. I am a university professor in the Business Department and this company is now going to be one of the positive case studies I will use for my classes. Great work!! Dr. Wayne"
