"A and GJ Construction did a great job replacing my home asphalt-shingle roof. The owner, Arian, is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My roof was completely replaced in 3 days for a very reasonable price. After the job was done, they left everything spotless clean. There was a leak due to a defective skylight from a previous installation, and Arian came back to take a look and fixed it at no extra cost. It turned out to be a defective glass seal, which Arian resealed using clear silicone. After the roof was replaced, it rained for two consecutive days and Arian called me each day to make sure there was no leak. Sometimes after we pay contractors, they do not even bother to follow up; and even to get in touch with them can be difficult after they get their money (but not Arian). Arian answered my call each time. He takes pride in his work which is rare nowadays. I already recommended him to do another roof repair job, which he successfully completed on time and as promised. "I set up an appointment with Skyline Maintenance because my chimney cap kept falling off. Michael from Skyline did a full assessment and found that the top of my chimney was crumbling, many of the bricks were broken and the mortar was deteriorating almost all the way down the chimney! He took pictures of the top of the chimney to further explain the issues and showed me exactly where the repairs needed to be made. Due to all the broken bricks, the interior clay flue lining was also in disrepair. He and his crew worked professionally to repair all the bricks, patch up mortar holes and install a metal flue liner to prevent further degradation of the clay flue liner. His crew provided excellent workmanship and my chimney almost looks like new! He also warranties his work. I would recommend using Skyline for any of your masonry needs."

"Upon a recommendation from a neighbor, we requested an estimate from Quality 1st for two jobs -- inspect and repair a brick chimney and repair our stone porch which had started to sink. Oscar came out within a couple of days, talked about the project, sent us an estimate and we hired his company. Couldn't be happier. Oscar told us the job would take one day, and we were a bit skeptical about that. But he did it and he did it well! Two crews came out and while one tackled the repair and repointing of our chimney, the other worked on our porch. Watching the crew repair the porch was amazing. We requested all the stones be reused because they were original to the house. When each stone was lifted, it was placed "puzzle-like" on a tarp, and after reinforcement of the sunken parts of the porch, the stones were replaced in the the same manner in which they were removed. The chimney is fixed and no longer losing bricks. We trust every bit of the work performed that day. The crew was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable--and Oscar worked right beside them.
