"We hired A1 for two jobs. The first one was to repair a fireplace chimney. We had water coming down the chimney into the fireplace. They had to remove and replace top 10 tiers of brick, concrete, recap and paint the exterior. They were on time, professional, fairly priced and did a very good job. Clean worksite and easy to work with. It's been a few months and still no leaks. Just recently we had some roof damage in a totally unrelated area, opposite side of the roof and called Tony once again. Water was pouring into. our attic. In the middle of a storm Tony came, got up on a ladder to out two story roof and tarped it to prevent further water damage. He then came back and took care of all the repairs after the storm was over. He is a hard worker with great work ethic. Does the job properly and knows his stuff. We would hire him again and recommend ."

"Jose was quick to respond and allay any worries I had regarding the leak and any needed repairs. He came out immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem. He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. I had two other contractors out to give estimates that did not accurately diagnose the problem and suggested complete roof replacements. "Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."
