I had other people come out to give me an estimate and they gave me estimates to replace the entire roof. Nick was the only one who actually went up on the roof to check it out before he gave me his recommendation. He told me I had at least 5 more years left on this roof. He repaired the damage, he cleaned moss off the roof, he put a cap on my chimney after repairing loose bricks, new flashing, sealed the bathroom vent and even filled in gaps in my stone foundation for me. I'm very pleased with the work, efficiency, timeliness of his work but most of all I appreciate his honesty and his concern that I was presented with all options so I could make an informed decision."
