He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. "I had problems with a recent home purchase whereby water was entering the fireplace when it rained. I hired two previous contractors hoping to fix the problem. Neither one was able to correct the problem. I hired All County Chimney and Peter was at my home as promised. He first installed a new cap as I requested, but water continued to enter. It was discovered that the water was entering from elsewhere. Peter played detective and was determined to find the source of the leak. He came over today as promised and went above and beyond in the cold weather and hopefully found the source of the leak and corrected. I quickly learned something about Peter he was truly a customer person. I consider him reliable honest and knowledgeable of his profession. The bottom line is if you are looking for an excellent chimney contractor (All County) is who to call. Peter will do the right thing. You donâ t have to call anyone else."

"Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."
