    "I usually don't ever write reviews, but after the service I received from James, I felt I had to share my experience with everyone. James showed up on time to look at my fireplace. He took apart my fireplace and determined I wasn't getting any gas. We went outside to check my buried propane tank, and turns out it had been disconnected by the previous owner before I bought the house. I guess our home inspector missed that. Anyway, we let him know we were new to the area, and just bought the home. He was extremely friendly and my wife and I loved talking to him. He has a great sense of humor. Anyway, after chatting for about 30 minutes or so, he said he wouldn't charge me for coming out to check my fireplace since it was an easy fix. I even texted him the other day and said I felt a cold draft coming in through the fireplace. He called me up and explained there is a gas line coming in beneath the fireplace and that I could buy some 3M metal duct tape to block the hole off to keep the cold air out. I tell you what, I'm a customer for life and will recommend him to anyone."
