"We brought in Modernyze for a room addition, covered patio and a complete backyard transformation ? and the results blew us away. Tim has a gift for taking your ideas and turning them into something even better than you pictured. The addition is seamless with the rest of the house, you'd never know it wasn't part of the original build. And our backyard went from completely unused space to our favorite part of the home. Outdoor kitchen, new hardscape, lighting ? the whole nine. What made the biggest difference was how well Tim managed the entire scope. Two major projects running at once could have been a nightmare but his team kept everything organized and on track. The craftsmanship is next level. We basically live outside now. If you're thinking about a big project, don't waste your time with anyone else."

"My wife and I were looking into adding some square footage to our home as well as remodel. We were going in circles trying to plan and budget and it honestly was one of the most stressful/hardest experiences of our marriage. That was until we stumbled upon Opulent. I do not remember how we found them, but man, I am so glad we did. Eddie and his whole team were OUTSTANDING throughout the whole process. They really made us feel like we were part of the Opulent Family as well as producing real results. They managed EVERYTHING just about perfectly. From dealing with the permit process to helping us figure out what we needed to fill our space with beautiful fixtures to actually getting the construction done. The preconstruction process was so simple thanks to their amazing team and construction flowed so smoothly. The field workers were respectful and clean every day. 10/10 cannot recommend enough. "I interviewed at least 8 candidates for my project. I chose Jonathan because I gave me impressions of trustworthy and very capable and someone I felt I could work with. Our project was to extend our kitchen and family room into our backyard. I wanted to have open space without any posts in the middle to support our second floor. Jonathan and his engineer came up with the solution with reasonable cost. We did not need any steel beam. He produced high quality work. I presented his plan to at least 11 GC for bidding the project. I did not recall even one negative feedback. They were all positive. They said the drawing was professional, very detailed and very clear. Our first city submittal came back with very few corrections and it was approved after the resubmit. I am very happy with his works and I would recommend him to anyone."
