I honestly can't rate them high enough. They handled the whole project from roof repairs to water and mold mitigation, new insulation and sheetrock for the ceiling, and final painting and clean up. He and his crew were responsive, prompt, went above and beyond to perform high quality work without cutting any corners, and in the end left my house cleaner than it usually was even before the leak. Their business card is on my fridge and I will be using them for any work I need done on the house in the future. If they are available you should definitely hire these guys."

I’m so glad I went with rau and sons. They not only replaced my porch with a safer and more appealing porch but all in all the work that was done is a1. "My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
