"The bathroom on the second floor was very outdated with a crack in the middle of the tiled floor. It was completely renovated with a large walk-in, sit down shower with floor to ceiling marble tile and a beautiful blue cabinet sink with matching mirror. A ceiling light was installed above the shower, in addition to an exhaust fan in the ceiling above the sink. The adjacent linen closet and broom closet space was transformed into a space for a stackable washer/dryer. Aldo and his team did an excellent job on this project. I am very happy with the end result and highly recommend them."

"Chris and company did a fantastic job. We had a set time frame and they delivered a beautiful job on time with no problems. We also wanted to keep some of the charm of our colonial and make sure it did not look cookie cutter. Chris went over various options and styles that made our house pop! I looks great. The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"

"Johnny did a very good job on my deck. He helped my wife and I with suggestions on color and how it would coordinate with our house color. He said his policy is to work on one project at a time, not to start one and go to another. Indeed, it took him only 4 and-a-half days from start to finish of removing our old wood deck (22'x15') and replacing it with new flooring, railings, and stairs, but keeping the frame and footings, and we're very happy with the work."

"We expanded our deck to something bigger and couldnâ t be happier with the results. Mario was able to come and see the place the next day after the request, and send the estimate the same day. We decided to go with the composite option since is maintenance free and wanted to enjoy it without any worries for the future years. All the work was done as we talked and in a very timely manner. They cleaned after all was done and the new deck was ready for use without fearing that we will fall anytime we would walk on it. Great work done and very friendly personnel. Highly recommend them and will hire again if needed for future projects."

"Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
