"My fridge stopped cooling/freezing all of a sudden, and I went frantic because it had my son's milk stored in the refrigerator compartment. I called eight appliance repair companies nearby but earliest slot available was two days after. Russell contacted me and said he could come over in two hours. He came at a little past 6PM, pulled out the fridge, immediately identified the issue, and got it fixed in the next five minutes. Russell is efficient, courteous, and genuine. I high recommend his service for anyone in need along the Hudson line."

"Ken replaced an inverter that triggered the refrigerator's compressor to run, thus cooling the unit. He knew exactly what to do and was done in about 20 minutes. The fridge is now running great for the last three days, knock wood that the inverter holds up for ten years like the original. But the real story is that, I guess due to age and heat, one of the water lines for the ice maker had ruptured due to moving the unit for repair. Ken came back the next day, repaired the water line which took him about 30 minutes and HE DID NOT CHARGE ME!! I think that was really swell. Shows Ken values your business. Yes, I would call Ken again. Joe B."

"The father and son team were absolutely great. They did such a good job on the garbage disposal installation that I hired them to do some additional work in the bathroom and they did a great job with that as well. They were very fast in responding and had excellent customer service. There was a small problem with the item I purchased and they came back to reinstall it at no extra costs. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
