Marcelino made a wooden front cover to a kitchen drawer that perfectly fit and looks beautiful; purchased and installed a new hood fan for over the stove, and is making repairs to the front door area of rotted wood. "I hired Steve to tear out my bathtub and remove the shower surround that was there. I asked for a walk in shower with a threshold. Despite some bumps along the way - I could not be more pleased with the result. The shower came out beautiful. An exhaust fan was also installed. I also had Steve tear down an existing 10x10 wood porch that had 2 stairways and a gate and replace with composite and vinyl. The porch is exactly what I envisioned. It looks great. Steve and his team were polite and respectful. They put up with my 3 barking dogs, who sometimes got in their way and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to friends and family. If I need more things done around the house, he will be the first one I call."

"Fabiano handled a gut renovation of an apartment involving demolition of kitchen and bath and then building the new kitchen and a new bathroom. He also renovated all bedrooms including divisions ding one bedroom into two made closets removed old paneling installed baseboards also installed new floor fixed the stairs. He also got installers to do carpet electrical floor sanding and coordinated with a plumber. He did some painting himself and hired painter as needed. He worked on the job for three months and finished on time. He was excellent to work with. Explained everything clearly came up with solutions to the issues I raised. He left everything clean. I have the highest recommendation for him. I have worked with many contractors and handymen and he is among the top two."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
