"Vali Construction cleaned an existing catchment basin, replaced an existing perforated pipe collection system, and installed a new dry well to control storm water run-on from the upslope properties on our hillside block. The system design and installation, and overall service, including cleanup, were outstanding. The crew were able to explain how the design would achieve its objectives and the cleanup was immaculate. I plan to retain Vali again in the near future."

"Our wall was completed in very timely manner. Totally impressed with the pride and quality workmanship of the wall and bluestone trim. Excellent attention to detail and tidy, cleanup. From start to finish 3 days inckuding one rainy day couldnâ t work but covered everything to cure. Will definately hire again if I have any other masonry needs! A pleasure"

"I had 4 estimates for a patio replacement. I wanted to do concrete. All 4 priced within a 5% range. Tim from Euro pro. Was the only one who suggested patio block instead of concrete. Showed me pictures of his work. And we priced it out to be a fair deal for both of us. Best decision I ever made. Great guy to work with. He is on the job. And laid the block himself. "I hired Jersey Pro to fix my cracked wall, which is built upon a partial old foundation, with stucco. Angelo and his team, Loca and Jimmy, are easy going, wonderful to work with. Angelo and his team are so pleasant, professional and detailed orientated. Angelo is so patient, and explainted all details and answered all my questions when he did the estimate. Plus, he gave a quite reasonable price. I’d like Jersey Pro help me solve the major wall cracks and some other repairing jobs, such as, fissures on the concrete sidewalk, pop-up vinyl siding, tiny cracks on the steps, etc. Angelo and his team not only did excellent work for all of these on time, they also clean all debris. Anyone who has experience with contactors may have concern on their punctuality. Angelo and his team are excellent on that. The first time when Angelo came over to evaluate the project, he called me let me know he may be late about 30min. Then he came exactly the time he promised. On the 1st day of the project, Angelo said they would come around 9:00 am. In that morning at 9:00 o’clock, a pile of well stacked cement already loaded on my driveway!!! On the 2nd day of the project, Angelo’s team showed up at 8:30 am and started the job on perfect time. After all, I like Angelo and his team for their professional, excellent and punctual service, details oriented working attitude, and reasonable price. It was pleasant to work with Jersey Pro. No doubt, I will recommend Jersey Pro to everyone I know."

"A concrete front landing was repaired and another was installed to match the first one, We also had a concrete and bluestone walk replaced with a paver walkway. Freddy is very professional, responsive and efficient. We are thrilled with the finished job and would highly recommend his work and his price was very competitive. Freddy returned our phone calls immediately, was on the job everyday with no delays until the work was completed and cleaned up the site afterwards."

"Josh and his crew poured a beautiful concrete patio extension and put in new stair caps and rails on our back steps for us just before Memorial day. He came several times over two days to supervise . The workers were very skilled and did a beautiful job. They dug out and leveled the area. They used reinforced wire mesh and pitched the concrete pad well , so we did not have to worry about rainwater getting into in the house. The rails are sturdy, and the cap stones on the steps were leveled with precision . The rail had caps that shed water away so that no rain could get between the rail and stone, to avoid damage from water freezing in winter. I wish I could post pictures. He also repointed our chimney and cleaned our gutters. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They left the property clean and tidy on their departure. I highly recommend them for doing quality work at a reasonable price!"

"Danny and his team are the best. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He starts his jobs very early, he explains the work that will be done, he is very particular and detail oriented. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. I will be contacting him again for additional projects."

"Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."

"I hired Val to install a drywall ceiling and install recessed lights in a three-season room in my home and retained him for various other remodeling projects. He also installed drywall in the basement, replaced an exterior fireproof door, cut through with concrete saw / framing, refinished cinder block wall with mesh / cement, painted walls, painted cement floor, power-washed chimney, filled gaps with mortar. He is very knowledgeable, does great work and is very detail oriented. I highly recommend him, for the quality of his work and his prices are very reasonable, he is trustworthy, at least that has been my experience."

"We highly recommend Luciano and his company - 9ine Construction for the excellent and professional work they performed. Our front steps, walkway and driveway were rebuilt using pavers selected by us. Luciano made several excellent suggestions that assisted us in the design and rebuilding of these items. He was very attentive to our needs and constantly communicated the status of the job. His workers were hard working and cleaned up before they left everyday. After the job was done, Luciano came back several times to check on his work and even made a few minor enhancements. "I am so grateful that I was able to find Jorge after our house was broken in through the sliding door just before Thanksgiving. He replaced the sliding door the next day I called him. He was actually the only one who prioritized this work to meet our emergency need among the contractors whom I had contacted. He also fixed all the others damaged by the burglars. The price was very reasonable and fair. Jorge is a great pleasure to speak with and knowledgeable. He is very detail-oriented at work, pursing perfection on every detail. He always ensured the job was completely finished without question. He did amazing job on everything I asked for that I continued to ask for more projects to be completed, which included painting, window replacement and basement remodeling next year. "Both Brian and Granit are brothers and run this company in NJ- One Way GC LLC. They are roof specialists and do an amazing job. They have a total of 16 people working for them and usually have 3-4 people on one job. There were ceiling leaks in two rooms and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately. They replaced my asphalt roof and even replaced some of the cedar wood sidings as gratis. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Max was very knowledgeable. He explained to me why it was not a good idea to do Belgian block edging. I have a very old many-layered driveway, which would have made it unwise to do this. They did a great job and even ahead of schedule! I would definitely recommend "Best Paving" to others. My neighbor may get in touch with him to do his driveway."
