"A cold call from this remodeling company was answered, and we honestly were in the mood for some remodeling...so they came out to talk to us. We had never heard of them before. Ohad Regev was the best! He was thorough and knowledgeable...very professional, friendly and wore a mask to protect us. He endured my questions and concerns about clean up and the work itself. His sidekick Ami was also just as good. Same qualities. They paved two steps, the sidewalk curving it to the front door, and the steps up to the front door and the landing, then the courtyard, built a little stone wall leading to the gate to the backyard and paved that walkway as well. Ricardo was the supervisor of the paving job. Same qualities as Ohad and Ami. He was knowledgeable about pavers and took us to a site to choose them. It was a pleasure to work with him as well. I told them if they did a great job, I had a bathroom that needed to be remodeled as well. Guess what? We now are in the planning stages of that. I would recommend them 100% to do anything you need. They are a big company and can satisfy any remodeling job you might need...and some you don't even know about needing! You won't be sorry in my opinion."

"This company comes highly recommended. Joel and his staff are very professional. Communication was excellent throughout the course of construction. They managed to complete the project in a timely manner with no long delays throughout the project milestones. Joel did not hesitate to ask questions to make sure we resolved issues that were not clearly detailed in the landscape architects drawing and offering advice on what he recommends. Joel did an excellent job of capturing the changes and adds to the project both in scope and cost. His staff left the job site safe and clean everyday. Overall I could not be any happier with the outcome. My family and I spend much time in the back yard and my front finally has curb appeal. Joel was also the one who recommended Tammy. The landscape architect that prepared my project plans. She also comes highly recommended. Great communication even after the project has been completed. I completed my project almost a year ago. Joel and his staff have continue to maintain the landscape and they do a great job at making sure the site looks tip top."

"Ingenious ideas - from building a reinforced cardboard shoot to bring down gravel and dirt to save on labor costs (we live on a slope), to lifting a path over tree roots, to suggesting a self-hardening re-set mix for flagstones, to fetching a tennis ball out of our gutter that was preventing it from working properly -Great work ethic from all the crew -Great pricing - Exceeded expectations This is the summary of work performed Lawn: -new drainage pipes to tie in with existing drainage and city drains -Rework/add soil -Level yard -New drought-tolerant sports field variety sod - Reworked, cleaned and added to existing landscaping -New sprinkler line through center of lawn, new water saving sprinkler heads for the lawn -Change faulty and leaky existing drip system for the slopes and front to a new drip system Paths: -Clean, fix and re-stain wooden steps -Clean and re-set existing flagstone, add new flagstone paths. -one of the trees by the windows was putting roots through the existing path. The path was lifted so that the roots could continue to grow down the slope -Build an approach and base for a garden shed (tools, pots, lawn mower) -this turned out much prettier than I expected. If had little kids, would have considered putting a swing set there! Very happy and would recommend Prestige Landscaping to anyone who needs a drainage, landscape, or a hardscape project in the backyard."

"Luckily we were fortunate to meet Michael Martinez who is an award-winning Senior Project Design Specialist, Consultant and Project Manager at Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape. Once we met Michael he immediately felt like a member of our family. He is extremely personable, honest and trustworthy with high morals and ethics. At our first meeting Michael took the time to get to know our family, strived to understand the goals and objectives of what we envisioned in our yard and how he could be a part of the solution to overcome some of the challenges in our backyard. He could see the bigger picture and presented design solutions to mitigate project challenges other contractors may encounter later in the job. Michael gave us a design that fulfilled many of the objectives to support the overall goals for our yard. He did an excellent cost to benefit analysis designing smarter which would allow us to get the best value. Considering the design, materials used, scope of project and Michael's expertise, his bid was very competitive. He made me feel very comfortable, and I knew that the plan was in good hands. Michael checked in often and wanted to start as soon as we received HOA approval. While waiting to obtain permission from our HOA to begin, Michael met with his job foreman Juan and us several times onsite to walk through the project. He contacted our other contractor to ensure everything would come together at the end of the project. Michael is very familiar with hardscape products which were very valuable considering the scale of the proposed work. Michael's on-site crew was always on time and had an excellent work ethic. They started at 8am and concluded at 5pm daily. During their day, there was minimal downtime. We only noted two 15 minute breaks and 30 minutes for lunch. They minimized impact from heavy machinery and constant loads of materials coming and going from the site by covering where possible front yard landscaping with plywood. At the end of each day, Michael's team would clean up which my neighbors appreciated. He checked in on site daily to ensure the project was progressing smoothly and to address any project concerns or challenges immediately. If we weren't home he'd provide updates via phone or text. We never felt out of the loop and didn't have any surprises due to Michael's excellent communication skills. When weather didn't allow for construction to continue, Michael's crew would arrive and cover the site to minimize downtime. Michael always had our family's best interests in mind. We really like that Michael handles every aspect of the project. We didn't have to deal with a separate salesperson, designer, project manager, contractor or subcontractor; he manages it all giving us peace of mind. Having completed the first part of our project I felt compelled to write this review for the excellent five star customer service and end product we received from Michael Martinez at Black Diamond Paver Stones and Landscape, we"
