"Mike is the GREATEST! He’s efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and just so friendly. I have a sliding glass door which leads to the patio and it was stuck and wouldn’t open. Right when told Mike over the phone of what was going on, he immediately knew the solution, thoroughly and efficiently explained the cause, explained to me the solution and just overall communicated so clearly with me and helped me understand without getting frustrated. His team members did an awesome job and my glass sliding door has never been able to move the way it does now.
