He was very consistent in his application of the product, covering very well. He also applied a slip resistance element to make it safer to walk on, rather than slippery new paint job. He was very cooperative with HOA requirements to use a specific color and went out of his was to secure the recommendation brand from a local supplier this facilitated a fast HOA approval.
