(Sales) to discuss options and were looking forward to putting our concerns to rest. On the scheduled date, we received a telephone call confirming the arrival time, which we appreciated. They proceeded to stabilize and lift the concrete basement floor, repaired the cracks that was the original concern . Both were knowledgeable and courteous, and effectively communicated the steps needed to resolve our issue, and worked to finish the project in a timely manner. The floor now looks great, and the cracks are nearly invisible.
