Justin furnished and installed new stairs replaced damaged bricks on my front porch. He also grind and caulked large cracks in my concrete porch slab. I enjoyed meeting his son who assisted his dad as his helper. I would refer Grimm Masonry to anyone who who wants to have this type of work done, with a favorable outcome. A portion of the front patio paver block installation had sunk around the front porch area, resulting in a tripping hazard. "This company was chosen based on price. My quote from other pros was $400-$800 higher than Dave's. They say don't just jump on the cheapest quote. Well I did, and am I glad I didn't pay a premium price for the exact same quality work. I had a sidewalk and concrete patio poured. They used the same base material, reinforcement wire, expansion joints and jumped right on the project on the first dry weekend this spring. Completed in two days plus removal of forms after cure. (Sales) to discuss options and were looking forward to putting our concerns to rest. On the scheduled date, we received a telephone call confirming the arrival time, which we appreciated. They proceeded to stabilize and lift the concrete basement floor, repaired the cracks that was the original concern . Both were knowledgeable and courteous, and effectively communicated the steps needed to resolve our issue, and worked to finish the project in a timely manner. The floor now looks great, and the cracks are nearly invisible. The root cause of the cracks was due to unstable concrete, and entire project was completed as discussed, and the area was free of debris. Very professional from start to finish."
