It was a really big project (challenged by tight spaces, tree roots and a stubborn existing wall that had to be removed first), but Chris and his crew did an amazing job, and the finished wall has already garnered a ton of compliments from neighbors and passers-by. "My wife and I hired Ayres Basement Systems to waterproof our basement and were very pleased with the whole operation. This was a difficult job of extracting a strip of concrete basement floor near the footings then replacing it with a patented drain system with back-up sump pump, replacing gravel along the footings, and then again cementing it closed.
