"Brandon and his partner Moe helped us with a water leak in two windows that has been a problem for us for over two years now. They were able to find the source of the leak, seal our windows properly, replaced some damaged wooden studs in my wall and then put new vapor barrier and stucco around both windows. Brandon's communication throughout the project was great, and the quality of work was amazing. Brandon is the most honest and reputable contractor I've ever worked with, and I'll certainly be contacting him for all my home repairs in the future. "LHB Concrete and More LLC did a great job in installing concrete foundation pads for anchoring our new pergola to the existing paver deck. Lester (company owner) and his team were all professional, highly skilled craftsmen, and worked great together in getting the job successfully accomplished. LHB's Team did a great job in carefully removing the required number of pavers in the four (4) areas of the paver deck where the foundation pads were to be installed and pouring the high strength concrete foundation pads. The Team carefully replaced all of the removed pavers in their correct pattern over the newly poured foundation pads to match the rest of the paver pattern. ONce the concrete pads had fully cured, LHB assembled the pergola and anchored it to the concrete pads. "We regionally met AB and Borja Unique Masonry a year ago when someone ran into our wall by the road and needed someone to replace the brick. They did a great job and at that point we started thinking about other things that needed to be done. AB came several times at the end of 2019 to discuss options. We were not able to follow through at that time but asked him for a bid this past April when we were ready. We are so glad he was able to do our projects. AB, the project manager and owner, made artistic recommendations and explained the process and why he did what he did. This is unusual as most contractors do not explain anything and I so appreciated the time he took, his customer service, honesty, and fair prices. The workmen were of the same caliber and took pride in their work, were courteous and cleaned up so well after the work that you would never know that they had been there except for the beautiful end result. Our project was as follows. We had a paver patio and stairs in which the pavers had sunken in and the cement borders had broken. We had retaining walls with cracks and a yard wall with a crack due to a neighboring tree s root. We had missing mortar in some of our block walled house and bricks on one of our decorative were crumbling. Because the color of our pavers no longer existed, in order to fix our patio we needed to take some of the pavers from our walkway which they replaced with beautiful flagstone. AB also had to find brick to match our faded brick on our decorative wall. And a crack had formed in our house wall. There was a variety of skills needed and they did a magnificent job. You d never be able to tell things had been patched and our patio area looks so much better than ever. We would highly recommend Borja Unique Masonry."

"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."
