He was right on time son our 1st appointment as well as the next 2 days until the job was finished and everything cleaned up, hosed down and blown away. We were truly amazed at the excellent job they did. I could not have imagined anything more perfect. And the best part was I told him what I had in mind and ion 2 days, it was perfect! "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
