"These guys did an amazing job! Fast service, thorough work, professional, and did the job from start to finish. Initially, I had called just to get my ducts cleaned, since they had never been done before. I noticed that I was having issues with recurrent sinus infections, cough, sneeze, etc. I figured it was just my allergies since nobody else in the house was having issues. That is, until I had a baby and noticed that she was also starting to cough and sneeze more. Quack Quack Duct came out to clean our vents, but noticed that the ductwork upstairs in the attic crawlspace wasn't even connected to the unit. That explained why we were having to constantly run our AC all day, had higher utility bills, and no ventilation in our home air. Basically, just blowing fan forced air around the house but the attic crawlspace was nice and cold! Well, suffice to say I ended up having to pay more than I would've just for duct cleaning, but they made it easy. They ordered new ductwork and insulation (which brought everything up to building code from 27 years ago when the house was built), did the installation in a day, ran a camera down the vents to inspect for damage, wire whipped the ducts and cleaned everything using variable psi to eliminate possibility of damage, and then stepped up and installed a UV sanitizing light that kills allergens and particles AT A DISCOUNT! The owner of the company, Jeremy, came out when his guys were here to tell me that they couldn't clean the vents until they were repaired. Jeremy came over before they left and inspected it himself just to make sure. I had also seen the issue myself before they even went up there so it wasn't a scam. They did honest work and thats what I appreciate in business. Jeremy offered us a number of possible solutions to fix the ducts that fit my budget, guaranteed his work, and threw in the UV light at a huge discount to help with allergies and breathing because he has kids himself and said he is a sucker for two things; kids and old people. Well, my daughter who was 21 months old at the time, and my father in law, who is 72 and has COPD, live with me and my wife. Jeremy really wanted to make sure we were breathing better, and the bill for the service was actually cheaper than he initially quoted us, so that's always a positive! He helped with the ordering, made follow up calls when the order status came through, got parts quicker than we planned because of a supply shortage, even had the rest of an order picked up from California just to get the job done quickly so we could get back to normal life. They moved furniture, cleaned everything up after they were finished so there was no dust on my furniture or counters, and made the house just like it was before they got here. (Might have even looked better!) I could go on saying how happy I was with the service, but the bottom line is that most people expect these things. You hope to get what you paid for. What warrants this company getting such a long and thoughtful review is that people are usually happy when a business gives you three things: Honesty, Quality, and Value. It's when you get more than you expected without compromise to any of those three things that you get someone's business. I'm happy with what I got and would recommend them to anyone else looking for ductwork cleaning or service."
