If you have plants or bushes close to your home, it is important to request that they be covered. The technician will know if the shrubbery will be affected. The technician sprayed the bushes around our home with water after the cleaning to eliminate any burning of the foliage on the bushes. We are pleased with with our overall experience from beginning to end."

I say this because he was the one among dozens of HVAC service providers who answered the call late last Tuesday night when our AC decided to go on strike on the eve of a day slated for a triple-digit heat index. Matt arrived at our house at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning after having completed a job 40 minutes away. He performed a thorough cleaning on the unit, replaced a weak capacitor, and charged it up with coolant, and voila - our aging system was running like a dream and bringing the house down from a temp in the low 80s to a much more livable temp in the low 70s in short order. Matt was a consummate pro throughout...super polite and totally open, honest, and informative about the work being performed and why he was doing what he was doing. I have been singing the praises of Conde Tech since his visit early last Wednesday morning and will continue to do so - anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy HVAC help (and apparently at any hour) would be wise to call him first!"

"I chose G&G in part because there was no pressure at all from the Mr. Gregory -- unlike 2 other companies I talked with. And the price was very fair. He turned up to oversee the shingle delivery (by a crane truck, onto the roof). Then he came as promised to start the work the next morning. He brought a large crew to replace the shingles on my roof. They arrived early, worked fast, and worked late -- finishing most of the job in 1 day. Then a smaller group finished up the next morning in about 2 hours. They spread tarps to catch anything that fell, and cleaned up very carefully each day. Mr G didn't argue that any sheets of plywood or fascia boards needed replacement. This differed from my experience years ago with a roofing company (when I was left unsure what to believe). So I am completely satisfied with G&G. I will call them if I need other work done, and would recommend them."

"The technician was not only on-time, he called me when he was 20 minutes out to assure me he was on the way. He had all of the necessary parts and equipment on his truck and was completely done with the project -- replacing the glass and seals of my gas fireplace -- within 45 minutes. While the old glass was removed, he cleaned the interior of the fireplace and replaced the old embers, neither of which was required by the contract. After putting the new glass and seals in place, he then tested to ensure no carbon monoxide was seeping into the house. The fireplace looks like it is brand new and it functions perfectly. I am totally satisfied with the job, and the price was very reasonable. The technician left details of a service program, but did not pressure me in any way to sign up.
